{"id":327,"date":"2024-07-26T09:19:22","date_gmt":"2024-07-26T09:19:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/propertyleadportal.com\/-\/?page_id=327"},"modified":"2024-07-28T16:02:01","modified_gmt":"2024-07-28T16:02:01","slug":"re-queuing-wf-event","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/propertyleadportal.com\/-\/re-queuing-wf-event\/","title":{"rendered":"Re Queuing WF Event"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Re Queuing WF Even<\/strong>t<br>Any WF event can be re queued using the following steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the \u201cFactFind Inbox\u201d tab, click \u201cView\u201d on the Lead in question.<br>Then select \u201cAdviser Process\u201d, find the WF Element that has been completed that you want to re run, now click \u201c- reopen -\u201c in the \u201cComplete\u201d column, the WF Event will be re queued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Re Sending Emails<\/strong><br>if you need to resend an email or email sequence to a Vendor, that has previously been sent as part of a WF. The following steps can be followed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the \u201cFactFind Inbox\u201d tab, click \u201cView\u201d on the Lead in question.<br>Then select \u201cAdviser Process\u201d, find the WF Element that has been completed, originally sending out the email or email Sequence, now click \u201c- reopen -\u201c in the \u201cComplete\u201d column, the WF Event will be re queued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Change WF Assigned to Lead<\/strong><br>Changing or allocating a different WF to a Lead, can be achieved from the \u201cFactFind Inbox\u201d tab.<br>In the column \u201cProcessing As\u201d click the current value.<br>You\u2019ll then be presented with a new screen, listing the WF that are available to be allocated.<br>Choose the one you want by clicking \u201cAssign\u201d<br>You will now be returned to the \u201cFactFind Inbox\u201d and the new WF will be allocated<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Place a Lead Back with In House ( In Hse )<\/strong><br>If you want to move a Lead back into the In House process, from the \u201cFactFind Inbox\u201d tab.<br>In the column \u201cProcessing As\u201d click the current value.<br>You\u2019ll then be presented with a new screen, listing the WF that are available to be allocated.<br>Choose the \u201cIn Hse &#8211; Offered (SYS ONLY)\u201d by clicking \u201cAssign\u201d next to it.<br>You will now be returned to the \u201cFactFind Inbox\u201d and the the Lead will be back in the In House mode<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Re Queuing WF EventAny WF event can be re queued using the following steps.
