The Daily Tasks performed by Admin or a SN will differ slightly, due to their different levels of responsibility, however some actions will be the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Admin Daily Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Login to PLP<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Login in GumTree<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Review \/ Investigate Fact Find Inbox for any \u201cDelayed\u201d or \u201cFailed\u201d CRON jobs, see \u201cPotential Notification\u201d & \u201cNotification\u201d Menu item for more information on this.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Review \/ Action Notifications, this will highlight everything that needs to be done. See the \u201cNotification’s\u201d section for more information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Review Prospects, Process any not assigned to SN, see \u201cProspects Menu\u201d for more information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Review Fact Find Inbox, are there any Leads not being Processed, or are delayed, this is a sanity check that #3 above has been completed 100%, and that no previous Notifications have been overlooked or Actioned when not resolved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Review Hesk for any logged cases<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Repeat Items #3 through #7<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    SN Daily Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Login to PLP<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Login in GumTree<\/li>\n\n\n\n
