Re Queuing WF Event
Any WF event can be re queued using the following steps.
From the “FactFind Inbox” tab, click “View” on the Lead in question.
Then select “Adviser Process”, find the WF Element that has been completed that you want to re run, now click “- reopen -“ in the “Complete” column, the WF Event will be re queued.
Re Sending Emails
if you need to resend an email or email sequence to a Vendor, that has previously been sent as part of a WF. The following steps can be followed.
From the “FactFind Inbox” tab, click “View” on the Lead in question.
Then select “Adviser Process”, find the WF Element that has been completed, originally sending out the email or email Sequence, now click “- reopen -“ in the “Complete” column, the WF Event will be re queued.
Change WF Assigned to Lead
Changing or allocating a different WF to a Lead, can be achieved from the “FactFind Inbox” tab.
In the column “Processing As” click the current value.
You’ll then be presented with a new screen, listing the WF that are available to be allocated.
Choose the one you want by clicking “Assign”
You will now be returned to the “FactFind Inbox” and the new WF will be allocated
Place a Lead Back with In House ( In Hse )
If you want to move a Lead back into the In House process, from the “FactFind Inbox” tab.
In the column “Processing As” click the current value.
You’ll then be presented with a new screen, listing the WF that are available to be allocated.
Choose the “In Hse – Offered (SYS ONLY)” by clicking “Assign” next to it.
You will now be returned to the “FactFind Inbox” and the the Lead will be back in the In House mode
