FactFind Details


When selecting “View” for a Lead from the “FactFind Inbox” tab, you are taken to the main screen giving all relevant information about the specific Lead.

The Header of the Screen gives the following Information / Options

Panel Solicitor Not Selected : When in Red text this indicates the Vendor has not selected a Panel Solicitor.
The offering of a Panel Solicitor is handled by the Systems Automation. If the Vendor chooses not to use a Panel Solicitor after receiving the email offering the service, this option will also allow you to resend the email with the Panel Solicitor offer

Type : This indicates what type of lead the Vendor is, and the current primary WF

FF # : this is the encoded & non encoded Lead number, used through out the system

Start Sales Script : Clicking this option will start the Sales Script if they have been setup for the particular Lead Type

Archive Lead : Clicking this option, removes the Lead from the FactFind Inbox and archives the Lead
Mark as sold : Clicking this option will mark the Lead as SOLD within the Investor Site

Set to – R2R/R2B – Clicking these options will override the current Lead Type and force it to be either R2R or R2B

R2R Push to Inv : Clicking this options places a R2R Lead on the Investor Website

R2B Push to Inv : Clicking this options places a R2B Lead on the Investor Website

FactFind Tab
This is the main tab, and details all FF data for the Lead, any of the data elements can be updated, to save FF change, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click “Amend Fact Find Data.

Enquiry Detail’s : This option is available from a drop down menu, below the Fact Find Tab, this screen gives you access to various Lease Option settings, Lead Finders Fee, etc

View / Approve Photos – View slots : This option is available from a drop down menu, below the Fact Find Tab, this screen gives you the ability to Approve or Dis Approve Photos added by the Vendor, or to upload photo’s yourself on behalf of the Vendor

Advisor Process Tab
This is one of the most useful tabs within the Vendors Screen. Its indicates the progress of the current WF being executed against the Lead. It shows all WF Elements, including task managed manually and Tasks handled by the automation.

It allows you to Re Queue either manual or automatic tasks, so forcing them to re run, this is also where you mark a manual task as complete after accomplishing it.

Here’s an overview of the columns on this screen.

Task : This is a description of the WF Element
Notes : Clicking this option allows you to add notes to the Leads CRM / Notes Tab
Complete : This tells you whether the Task has been complete, or is yet to be completed, clicking this options also allows you to mark the element as Complete, or to Re Queue it.
Due date : This is the date the Element was scheduled to be performed.
Comp Date : This is the date the Element was performed
By : This tells you who completed the Element

CRM Notes Tab
The CRM Notes Tab is split into two sections, a top and lower panel.
The Top Panel shows you any notes or other Notifications that have been added to the Lead, these can be scrolled through.
The Lower Panel allows you to add a Note to the Lead.

Adding Notes to CRM
When adding notes, type them into the bottom panel, if you leave the Date blank, it will default to todays date.

If you need to schedule a Reminder/Notification of something that needs to happen in the future, click the “Schedule Date” field and pick your date.

You can also assign the Reminder/Notification to yourself, another SN or Admin, by selecting from the “For Review By” column.

Once you’ve completed the notes click “Add/Schedule Now” at the bottom of the screen.,

Scanned Tab
This options allows you to upload PDF’s or JPG’s Files to be stored against the Lead.

When uploading, choose the Document type from the dropdown list and then choose the file to upload.

Uploaded files can be viewed at anytime, by clicking View

Contract Tab
The Contract Tab is designed to be used by the SN, in building up a Contract based on Pre defined text, or what has been called the 51 Options Text.

Standard Text is available in the contract.
Additional text can be added, as well as custom text, based around the deal being discussed with the Vendor.

Ultimately the Contract needs to be Sent to Admin for Approval and then Sign Off and automatically passed on to the Solicitor allocated to the Vendor.

Admin is always able to review the contract as it stands, but only able to Approve / Decline the contract when invited by the SN

It should be noted, this area of the system has changed and evolved a great deal over the past 18 months or so, for specific information or questions, please contract support with any specific questions.

Audit Tab
This is a very usual Tab, it will give you details of the journey the Lead has been on from the very start of the process and is crucial when investigating a problem or progression of a Lead.
