This option allows you to see either all Leads, if logged in as Admin, or all Leads assigned to you, if you’re another type of user, whether that be a SN, AH, etc, the options available to you, will depend on what type of use you are.
The screen has the following headings;
Date/time/source:
This tells you the Time & Date the Lead arrived in the system and from what LP, together with both the Leads actual # and its encrypted #
Lead Name:
This is the First and Last Name of the Lead,
Type / Stage:
This tells you the current status of the Lead, whether it is “FOR SALE” on the Investor site, or “NOT LISTED”, it also tells you the Primary WF being executed against the Lead.
Processing As:
This tells you what is currently being processed against the Lead from an automation point of view, for example “Type / Stage” may indicate its a “NPB – BMV Investor” Lead, however, this column may indicate “In House – Override WF”, this means, that an override WF has been assigned and is currently being executed, so deviating from the WF associated to the “Type / Stage”, simply put, this allows the system to process two WF against a Lead at the same time. See the “Advisor Process” section for more information.
Assigned:
This tells you what user is allocated to the Lead, it may also say “CRON MANAGED” if no user is assigned. By clicking either the User Name or “CRON MANAGED” link you can manually Assign as user to the Lead. Typcally the system will automatically assign a SN to Lead
CRON:
This gives you an indication as to what the CRON Automation is doing, whether its “Prsg” ( GREEN ) , i.e. Processing, or has a “Prsg – Delayed” ( YELLOW ), i.e. a Delay or a “FAILED” ( RED) status has occurred.
