This option is used to prompt Admin or the SN that something needs to be done for either an Investor or Vendor.
Also see the “Daily Tasks / Processes” section, as this menu option forms part of this process.
The screen has the following headings;
Notification Type :
This will be either “Action Needed”, this means something needs to be done in order to confirm a process or to move a process on, or “Notification Only”, this is just a reminder or Note about something, the “Notification Only” is used very little in the system and the screen will typically have “Action Needed” tasks on it.
Date :
This is the date the Notification was added by the system
Details :
This gives you a brief explanation as to the Notification
Ref # :
This tells you either the Vendor # or Investor #, clicking on the number takes you to either the Vendor or Investor account
Type :
This tells you whether the notification is for an Investor or Vendor
Mark As :
Clicking “Actioned” marks the task as complete, and removes it from the list.
Notification Filter
Using the “Filter by Type” allows you to display only certain types of notifications.
Potential Notifications
Here is a list of potential Notifications and the solution, where relevant for each.
“Vendor does not have an EPC“
This tells you that a Vendor has signed up through one of the Landing pages ( NPB, etc ) and that they have marked they do not have an Electrical Performance Certificate, this should be investigated with the Vendor, an EPC is a mandatory requirement to be able to sell your house. As part of the WF, an EPC will be offered, if it is not then subsequently purchased, Admin shall be informed again.
“Lead Added : Check Finders Fee Set!!“
This tells you that a Vendor has signed up through one of the Landing pages ( NPB, etc ) and that you need to set their Finders Fee. The Finders Fee amount is dictated by an office process, please see the “Office Process” section for more details. To set the Finders fee, select the Lead, select “Fact Find”, “Enquiry Details”, enter the amount and click “Save Changes”
“Photo uploaded – Approve As Needed“
This tells you that a Vendor has signed up through one of the Landing pages ( NPB, etc ) and that they have uploaded their own photos, these photo will need approving before being made available on the Investor Website. For guidelines approval please see the “Office Process” section. To view and Approve the photo’s, select the Lead, select “Fact Find”, “View / Approve Photo – View Slot”, and click “Approve” for each relevant Photo.
“Lead WF Element Overdue“
Based on the system having a high level of automation, many processes run without the need for any input from Admin, however there are some tasks that do require input, The Tasks form Elements within a WF. Each element is designed to be completed at a specific time, based on the WF. If this time is exceeded, this notification is raised. In this situation, you need to review the WF that is being executed against the Lead and either complete the late task or, make notes detailing the delay. To review the late task, select the Lead, select “Fact Find”, “Adviser Process”, this shows you the current WF running against the Lead, and tells you if the Task is Manual or an Automated Task, it will typically be Manual Tasks that are Overdue, See the “Adviser Process” section for more information. Once you’ve identified the last task, and this will be obvious, by the fact that it will be the next due WF Element that is not marked Complete. You need to decide whether the task can be marked as complete or there is a delay for some reason. Click “COMP” to mark the element as complete, or click “Add/View” to add notes as to why there is a delay. See the “CRM Notes” section for more information.
“LEAD ARCHIVED 6 MONTH AGO – RESEARCH IF SOLD WITH LAND REG.“
This notification is designed to flag that a Lead was in the system, did not sell and therefore was archived, its was deemed that there should be an office process to follow up on these types of Leads, to make sure that there was no breach of the NDA or MNCCA by an investor. Please see the “Office Process” section for more details
“New Investor – Check for signing of : NDA / MNCCA“
This notification is shown after each new Investor signs up to the system. As part of the sign up process the investor must sign a NDA/MNCCA, this task is designed to prompt Admin to review the Investor and make sure this has happened. Click the Investor, scroll to the bottom of the page and you’ll find the Investor Audit Trial, if the NDA/MNCCA has been signed there will be a entry detailed when, and the ability to view the signed document, by clicking “View Doc”, if this entry is not there, it means the NDA/MNCCA has not been signed, and the Investor needs following up with, Please see the “Office Process” section for more details
“New Investor – Switch on their Commission“
This notification is shown after each new Investor signs up to the system, their commission option needs to be turned on, Click the Investor, and select “Y” from the “Earn Commission” option, scroll down click “Edit Contact” this saves the change.
“New Investor – Set Commission % or Fixed Amount“
This notification is shown after each new Investor signs up to the system, Click the Investor, click “View Commission Setup”, and enter either the % Fee or Fixed amount, click “Edit Supplier Commission when done. For more details on the Commission amounts or %, Please see the “Office Process” section for more details
“NDA / MNCCA SIGNED“
This is related to notification : “New Investor – Check for signing of : NDA / MNCCA“ and is shown once the Investor Signs the NDA/MNCCA. Click the Investor, scroll to the bottom of the page and you’ll find the Investor Audit Trial, if the NDA/MNCCA has been signed there will be a entry detailed when, and the ability to view the signed document, by clicking “View Doc”, if this entry is not there, it means the NDA/MNCCA has not been signed, and the Investor needs following up with, Please see the “Office Process” section for more details
“Lead selected Full Market Value – Needs contacting“
This is shown when a Vendor completes a FF on the NPB website and refuses to reduce the amount they’re will to take for their property. Please see the “Office Process” section for more details
“WF Error – NOT ALL TAGS DECODED – “
“WF Error – ONE OR MORE BAD STRING(s) FOUND IN EMAIL WORDING – DP – Photographic & Floor Plan services“
These two Notification should never show now Testing is complete, it means the Automation has encountered a problem and has been halted for the specific Vendor or Investor, Contact Support, for more details, see the “Contact Support” Section of this document.

This is shown when a CRM/Note has been added to a Vendor, the wording of the note will give more relevant information about what needs to be done. See the “CRM Notes” section for more information.
